How to choose a healthy diet plan?

It is very important to choose the right diet plan because everyone's body is not the same. Study popular diets from time to time, especially their pluses and minuses, before you choose them.

Atkins Diet Plan

  • Atkins Diet Plan was very popular in the year 2000. Found by Dr. Robert Atkins, the method of Atkins Diet Plan is to burn of reserve fat in your body as a fuel of your energy when the body doesn't have more carbohydrate as a fuel. The food that you consume on Atkins Diet Plan is mostly rely on protein and fat such as cheese, egg and butter.
  • The Atkins Diet Plan is proven to be successful in reducing your weight fast. Research shows that for those people who join this Atkins Diet Plan will lose 7 kg in 6 months. 
Caution!
Consuming high protein can make your liver and kidney work heavier than before. Less vegetables and fruits will make your body lack vitamin, fiber and mineral. This can makes your body not function normally.
  South Beach Diet
  • As the beginning, Dr. Arthur Agatsson created this south beach diet to help his patients to reduce their cholesterol and sugar within the blood. In the South Beach Diet, you have to take the food according to the phase of diet, with avoiding high or moderately high-glycemic carbohydrates, such as dairy, sugar, candy, bread, potatoes, fruit, cereals, and grains.
  • The South Beach Diet is proven to make you lose 6 kg in 2 weeks in the first phase, and this diet is also believed to extend your lifespan and keep you in good health.
Caution! The first phase of this diet is hard to follow. You have to eliminate all your favorite foods such as potatoes, bread, cake and ice cream. Even this south beach diet is proven to lose your weight but this diet is not losing our fat that we want to get rid, but the water in our body.

Blood Type Diet
  • Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, who is a a naturopathic physician and also founder of this Blood Type Diet, thought that blood type is a key role in determine suitable foods. With consuming the right food that suit with your blood type you can reduce the risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart attack, not to mention to stability your weight.
 Caution!
A lot of nutritionists have not confirmed this method yet and this theory has a lack of scientific literature.

I'm already following it for 3 months and I must say that it's really useful... it's not a drastic one at all... everyone can keep it.
