Fast food kills
Fast Food can cause increase of cholesterol, tooth decay, diabetes,
heart disease, arthritis, and increased blood pressure.You should avoid
large portions of the food. Choose healthier food items, Drink water not
soda, and avoid putting condiments on your meal. Don’t eat all meals
from fast food restaurants. Make meals on the weekend to serve
throughout the week. Fast Food restaurant can be found almost anywhere
and are quicker and easier than eating at home but we need to resist
becoming addicted to this unhealthy food.
So, its always better to choose healthy diet plan to fast foods.
